The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018. The diocese in conjunction with parishes and curial offices are now in the process of revising processes to ensure that we are compliant. The diocese is committed to ensuring high standards of information security, privacy and transparency. We are updating forms and will need to have another Parish Census in the New Year (it will have been 5 years since our last one). We would like to thank Lorna Moore who was asked by Fr Chris to co-ordinate GDPR for us at St Joseph’s. Lorna will be contacting various parish group leaders to impart any new guidelines and instructions over the next few weeks. This may well affect how such things as new rota are emailed and stored by you. Lorna can be contacted on This email address is being protected from spambots.
