All of us at St Joseph’s are pleased to welcome you to our Catholic parish community. Here at St. Joseph’s we’re trying to grow as “stewards” of God’s gifts to us. This means that we try to recognize the many ways in which God has blessed us and to respond by giving thanks not only with our words but by the way we celebrate our faith and live our lives. In so doing, we will enrich one another and be more open to the love of Christ. This will enable us to deepen our understanding of what the Gospel Message means in Basingstoke today.

St Joseph’s is a strong, vibrant stewardship community that welcomes all newcomers into its family.

Our aim is to "love as Christ loves and serve as Christ serves".

St. Joseph’s was originally built in Western Way in 1959, and moved to this site in 1987. We are always prepared to help each other in times of need, either with prayer or with practical support.

We have a wide range of ministries, activities, social events, etc. for people of all ages and backgrounds and which you are most welcome to join as appropriate. Ask one of our welcomers at mass and they can point you in the right direction. Or contact the parish office.

We have coffee after both Masses on Sunday. You are always welcome to stay behind and this is a great way to meet the clergy and your fellow parishioners.
